Under BN regime rulling for 53 years, 40% of Malaysian household or 2.4 million household income is less than RM2,000 per month. Perak top the list with 12.5% which means 192,000 family’s household income in the state falls within the lowest group with Sabah second and Johore become the third.
Perak also falls from the richest state in 1970s to the 3rd poorest state in term of poverty rate, which is only better than Sabah and Terengganu. Ironically, while the government complaint of financial constraint and even proclaim the possibility of bankruptcy by the year 2019, the BN’s administration continue with their lavish spending by building the RM811 new palace and propose to spend RM8 billion to acquire 250 8X8 war cable cars.It is time that all Malaysians support DAP’s reform to create Competency, Accountability and Transparency (CAT) government for the future of our children and our beloved nation.
