Dewan Negara is not recycle rubbish bin. In order to preserve the integrity and prestige of the august house, it is timely that Malaysia return the votes to the people to elect the qualified individual to represent them in the Upper House. If United States, Japan or even Philipine can do it, there is no reason why such policy cannot be adopted by Malaysia when we boast to be the best in every field.There is the will, there is the way.
