行動黨霹靂州秘書倪可敏說，人民想知道趙明福的死因，內閣也同意成立皇家調查委員會，“但皇家調查委員會不調查趙明福死因的做法，意義何在？這猶如畫餅充饑，對尋找真相於事無補。”
他認為，政府以驗屍庭取代皇委會查出死因，根本是風馬牛不相及，因為驗屍庭只是由推事主持，再根據警方調查報告尋找死因，並無權傳召關鍵證人，做法反而令整起事件欲蓋彌彰。
倪可敏促請政府保證對皇委會作出的建議採取必要的行動，以免此事如過去皇委會負責調查的裸蹲案、林甘司法短片等事件般不了了之。
7月26日辦哀悼會
倪可敏也是太平國會議員暨班台州議員，他在記者會宣稱，繼沙登、莎阿南、檳城和馬六甲後，全國 第5場“莫讓明福死不瞑目”趙明福哀悼會將於本週日（7月26日）晚上7點半在怡保精武禮堂舉行，哀悼會迄今已有超過1萬3000人出席，他呼吁霹靂州各 族子民挺身而出，為有待沉冤待雪的趙明福伸冤。
他指出，民聯領袖包括行動黨國會領袖林吉祥、民聯州務大臣拿督斯里尼查、人民公正黨總秘書拿督沙烈汀及霹靂州行動黨主席拿督倪可漢將出席哀悼會。
出席記者會的人士包括新芒魏州議員南利杜欣、曾吉容州議員莫哈末安努亞、克蘭芝州議員曾福仔、桂和州議員黃家和、巴占州議員岑卓能、萬里望州議員林碧霞和德賓丁宜州議員黃文標。

PETALING JAYA, July 19 – Pakatan Rakyat (PR) leaders today rallied thousands of their supporters today with fiery rhetoric and demanded the government establish a royal inquiry into the death of Teoh Beng Hock.
Led by DAP stalwart Lim Kit Siang, Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng and Selangor Mentri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim, they laid the blame for Teoh’s death on the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).
Teoh, political secretary to Selangor executive councillor Ean Yong Hian Wah, was found dead on July 16 outside the MACC office in Shah Alam. The 30-year-old was earlier questioned over alleged abuse of public funds by his boss.
The crowd began slowly to stream in for the Teoh Beng Hock memorial at Stadium Kelana Jaya here at 4pm.
The situation was calm with no visible police presence and people brought their families to show support for Teoh.
White carnations were distributed to the crowd while most present signed a petition urging MACC and Barisan National (BN) take responsibility for Teoh’s death, and to call for a royal commission of inquiry.
The memorial began with the crowd observing a moment of silence.
The normally soft-spoken DAP vice president Tunku Aziz did not mince his words in attacking Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak.
“Forget Najib’s 1 Malaysia, we have 1 black Malaysia. We will die for a better Malaysia where there is equal opportunity for all,” he told the crowd. “We should tell the government that we do not trust them anymore.”

“We want Najib Razak to answer to Selangor people, Teoh’s parents, Malaysians … what the hell is going on?” he thundered.
Datuk Husam Musa, a member of PAS’s central working committee, was also present to show support and told the crowd that Teoh’s life was as valuable as any Malay, in an apparent reference to a story in Umno-controlled Berita Harian today which equated criticism against MACC as an attack on Malay institutions.
“If you kill a man, you have killed humanity. There is no doubt that Beng Hock was murdered. Beng Hock is our hero, his family are also heroes,” he said.
The PR leaders also expressed their belief that the public had lost confidence in the police as well and called for the resignation of the Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Musa Hassan.
“Why don’t we trust them? They are suppose to be our friends? They are suppose to be our protectors? We pay their salary, we are their paymasters!” Lim kit Siang told the applauding crowd.
Lim also called for MACC chief commissioner Datuk Seri Ahmad Said Hamdan to step down.
“We want the director general of MACC to resign and the Cabinet to take responsibility because the MACC acted under the directive of the Cabinet,” he said.
However the biggest cheer went to Selangor Speaker Teng Chang Khim. He received a five-minute standing ovation when he related how he was able to kick former Selangor MB Datuk Seri Mohd Khir Toyo out of the state assembly while the MACC failed to act on allegations surrounding the Umno leader’s palatial mansion.
The leaders also mocked the MACC for targeting Teoh over allegations surrounding the allocation of flags worth RM2,400 in Ean Yong Hian Wah’s constituency of Seri Kembangan while no action has been taken in other more significant cases like the Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) RM12.5 billion scandal.
Guan Eng, who is also DAP secretary-general, told the crowd how he was now scared after Teoh’s death.
“When we saw Teoh Beng Hock lying helplessly on the ground, we also felt helpless because the government and authorities that were supposed to protect us have now become oppressors,” he said.
Selangor MB Khalid said that there were too many questions that remained unanswered.
“This is not about politics, activists or race. This is about justice,” Khalid said.
The memorial ended with DAP national chairman Karpal Singh announcing the party would soon take the MACC to court over Teoh’s death.
After the speeches, PR supporters were seen burning copies of Berita Harian and Utusan Malaysia to express their anger over the articles criticising the opposition for allegedly politicising Teoh’s death.

ALOR GAJAH, July 19 – Driving to the housing estate where the family home of Teoh Beng Hock is found, the rows of single-storey terrace houses suddenly give way to a long, long tent – about nine houses long.
The tent is packed with about 300 people who are there to pay their respects to Teoh, who died on Thursday under mysterious circumstances.
Some, like a young woman who was a former colleague of Teoh’s when he was a journalist in Sin Chew, are openly crying.
The air is thick with the scent of the many hundreds of wreaths sent by Malaysians, along with messages of grief and shock at the death of the 30-year-old political aide to Sri Kembangan assemblyman Ean Yong Hian Wah.

He was found dead outside the MACC headquarters the next day.
Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng and several other DAP leaders were among those who came to offer condolences to Teoh’s family here this afternoon. During his half-hour stay, he had a private conversation with Teoh’s parents.
The father, Teoh Leong Hwee looked calm and composed but with the grief plain in his eyes while his wife, Teng Shuw Hor, looked completely devastated and in a daze. She hardly spoke and just stared into the distance.
“This is an emotional moment. I, as the Penang Chief Minister, together with the people of Penang are angered and want a royal inquiry. There is no way Teoh committed suicide,” Guan Eng told The Malaysian Insider. “He was murdered and we want the culprits arrested. The family and the people want the truth. Police should not close the case. There is no way there was no foul play.”

Itulah hakikat pahit yang perlu ditelan oleh Soh Sher Wei, 28, bakal isteri Teoh Beng Hock yang mati secara tragis semalam.
Pasangan itu merancang mendaftarkan perkahwinan mereka hari ini sebelum melangsungkan perkahwinan mereka pada Oktober.
Teoh, 30, setiausaha politik kepada Ean Yong Hian Wah, exco pembangunan kampung baru Selangor, ditemui mati di tingkat lima Plaza Masalam di Shah Alam selepas disoal siasat Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM).
Bagaimanapun Soh (foto, baju putih) masih beruntung kerana zuriat mereka berdua masih ada dan bertekad akan melahirkannya, kini berusia dua bulan, lapor laman web China Press hari ini.

Bercakap kepada akhbar itu pagi ini di hospital Kelang – tempat bedah siasat mayat Teoh dijalankan – guru di Semenyih itu berkata tunangnya mengetahui kehamilannya.
Menurut akhbar yang sama, beberapa teman Teoh sukar menerima kemungkinan mendiang membunuh diri kerana, pada pagi Rabu, bekas wartawan itu menghubungi mereka dan mengundang ke majlis persandingannya.
Panggilan itu dibuat beberapa jam sebelum diminta hadir di pejabat SPRM kira-kira 6 petang bagi memberi keterangan sebagai saksi siasatan kes salah guna wang peruntukan DUN -
Teoh, yang berasal dari Alor Gajah, Melaka, bertanya kepada rakan-rakan yang dihubunginya sama ada mereka akan memeriahkan saat-saat manis beliau mengakhiri zaman bujangnya.
Seorang rakannya, yang tidak sempat menjawab panggilan tersebut, dilaporkan berasa kesal atas kesempatan terakhir itu. Rakan itu juga sukar menerima kemungkinan pemuda ini mati membunuh diri.
Sementara itu laman web akhbar Guang Ming Daily hari ini pula melaporkan ibunya Chong Saw Huay, 56, menangis tidak henti-henti sejak menerima berita tragis itu petang semalam.
Setiap kali melihat gambar anaknya, yang terbaring kaku, di dada akhbar, ibunya dilaporkan akan menangis sementara menunggu mayatnya dibawa pulang ke pangkuannya.
Mayat mendiang dijangkan akan disemadikan di Alor Gajah, 11 pagi Isnin ini.
Wanita itu semalam dilaporkan pengsan sewaktu menerima panggilan telefon daripada seorang pembantu exco kanan Selangor, Teresa Kok.

Bercakap kepada akhbar itu di rumahnya hari ini, Chong berkata anaknya itu bersama Soh, berasal dari Batu Pahat, sepatutnya pulang ke Alor Gajah untuk menguruskan majlis perkahwinan mereka yang dirancang 3 Oktober ini – bersempena Pesta Tanglung.
Pasangan juga merancang akan mencuba pakaian pengantin hari ini.
Dewan untuk melangsungkan majlis tersebut dan makanan telah ditempah, Chong dilaporkan berkata lagi.
Dalam perkembangan berkaitan, Guang Ming Daily juga melaporkan bapa mendiang Teoh Liang Fai, 61, sanggup menerima anak yang bakal dilahirkan Soh walaupun hanya mengetahui kehamilan itu hari ini.
Hamil sebelum perkahwinan “perkara biasa, tolong jangan pandang serong,” pemandu teksi itu dipetik berkata.
Beliau juga bersedia meletakkan nama Soh sebagai “isteri” di iklan belasungkawa di akhbar.
趙媽媽一早看到報章上兒子墜樓的圖片，忍不住放聲痛哭
（馬六甲）趙明福離奇墜樓而死後，遭受“白髮人送黑髮人”之痛的趙母流淚到天明。徹夜未眠的她邊哭邊重複說：“我的孩子是反貪污委員會害死的，他們要還我孩子一個公道……明福沒做錯事，為何要害死他，把我兒子的命還回來。”
雙眼和鼻頭紅腫的她於週四（7月16日）下午接獲兒子死訊時，根本不能接受這項殘酷的事實，並一再哭稱，明福絕不可能自殺，而她相信明福是被人推下樓的。
“明福和來自峇都巴轄的女友原定於今日（週五，7月17日）返回馬六甲籌備婚事，接著再試婚紗。他們是訂於10月3日（農曆8月15）在馬六甲擺喜宴，連酒席都已訂好。”
現年56歲的她也痛罵反貪污委員會未確保她孩子的安全。“為甚麼他們好好的把他帶走，但卻不能好好的把他送回來？”
訂10月3擺喜宴
一直守在位於馬六甲亞羅牙也斯里格勒瑪花園住家，以等候明福遺體“返家”的她，雖然已哭了一整晚，但在親友於週五早上到訪趙家時，情緒激動的她仍禁不住痛哭失聲，哭累了就呆坐在沙發上沉默不語，精神恍惚。
趙明福的姐姐麗晶和親友見狀，紛紛忍住悲傷開解她。
不過，當她無意間看到報章刊登兒子臥屍雪州反貪污委員會辦公大樓陽台的照片後，她又再傷心地放聲痛哭，讓旁人聞之鼻酸，一些親友更是紅了眼眶。
下午3時許，趙明福的小學老師吳奕眉及葉雅璉登門慰問趙家兩老時，雙雙和趙母抱頭痛哭。
情緒持續波動的趙母一面向兩位老師哭訴痛失愛兒的心聲，一面哭訴：“明福沒做錯事，為甚麼要害死他？
他之前還打電話說週五要回家，但他卻沒命回來了。”
“他死得很慘啊！還我兒子的命回來，你們送回一個完整的兒子給我。明福，你換一份工就不會死了。”
明福的兩位老師也因為受到趙母的感染，而雙雙哭得不能自已。
■ 未婚妻苏淑慧难掩悲痛，忆起与明福生前点滴，多次痛哭流涕。

■ 死者妹妹面对兄长的骤逝，也不禁伤心落泪。
对于未婚夫骤逝的消息，赵明福未婚妻苏淑慧迄今依然悲痛难平，在医院太平间等候领尸期间忆起两人生前点滴，多次悲泣痛苦，见者心酸。现年28岁的苏淑慧，原定今日与赵明福注册结婚，不料却突然传来后者死讯，喜事变丧事的打击令家属悲痛欲绝。
身穿白色T恤及蓝色牛仔裤的苏淑慧，是在今早8时30分左右，在死者妹妹赵丽兰的陪同下抵达医院太平间，期间只见两人眼泛泪光、鼻子红肿，未婚妻在面对摄影镜头时更多次按奈不住情绪，痛哭流涕，陪伴在侧的死者妹妹，也同样伤心流泪。
情绪显得最为冷静的，只有死者哥哥赵明基，他在医院范围来回踱步，期间没有对媒体发言。
死者生前服务的报馆，今日也派出两名代表前来医院慰问家属。
坦承怀有2个月身孕
离奇坠楼身亡的斯里肯邦安州议员欧阳捍华政治秘书赵明福未婚妻苏淑慧，今日在巴生中央医院太平间坦承已怀有2个月身孕。
身形消瘦的苏淑慧今日一早已守候在巴生中央医院太平间，一脸哀伤的她在早上并不愿接受媒体的访问，但是在下午时分，被媒体询及是否已怀有身孕时，她却坦然承认，惟较后就不愿发表任何声明。
许丹平：勿诸多意见 避免赵家二度创伤
马来西亚辅导局现届顾问许丹平表示，在现阶段，赵明福家人最需要的是众人的关心与支持，因为在接下来的几个月，他们所承受的精神起伏将比以往来得更大。
她说，“我们（包括媒体）应该尊重赵明福的家人的意见。毕竟更多的询问，只会对他们带来更多的伤害。”
她说，目前，赵家刻处于愤怒及悲哀的状况，因此大家不应给予他们诸多意见或答案。
她还说，最重要的是，赵家必须获得心灵上的平静，以免受到第二度创伤。
她是周五针对欧阳捍华政治秘书赵明福坠楼身亡一案，受到《光华日报》记者访问时，如是发表谈话。
身为专业辅导师的许丹平直言，不愿针对赵明福会否因为经历21小时的漫长盘问而可能造成精神上深受打击的假设性说法，作出任何回应。
她表示，“我们很难从心理层面来讨论这个问题。因为问题的根本，就是要看整个盘问工作是在什么样的情况下进行？”
她坦言，这当中确实还有太多“空”的部份待填补，不管盘问方式是温和、合理还是情况相反，任何人都不宜作出诸多的胡乱猜测。
不过，她说，当然，大家还是必须找出真相，而这个工作唯有交由一个独立机构来完成。
“我只要你回来” 赵妈妈哭断肠
（马六甲17日讯）经历了一个晚上的煎熬与伤痛，赵妈妈仍然无法接受爱儿骤逝的事实，整夜无法入睡，脑海里一直浮现明福生前笑容可掬与乖巧的模样。
赵妈妈透露，明福生前曾计划携带他们两老前往泰国曼谷旅游，却因A型流感疫情严重而展延至今年杪，可是如今这项承诺却已无法兑现。
“我不要去旅行了，只要你回来我身边就好…..”
肝肠寸断的赵妈妈，于昨日傍晚接获噩耗后就不停哭泣，今早其情绪虽已显得较稳定，惟在翻看爱儿生前的照片时，眼泪又不听使唤地流下。
赵妈妈指出，自从明福担任政治秘书后，工作较以前显得更加忙碌，惟他却没有因此而抱怨，反而还是像以前一样开心。
至于外表看来坚强的赵爸爸，虽忙于打点孩子的身后事，可是却不难从其深锁的眉头发现，赵爸爸内心是多么地痛心难过，绝对无法接受这项残酷的事实。
他一直埋怨当初自己没有极力阻止明福参与政治工作，否则就不会拥有如此不幸的下场。
灵柩停放老家 下周一举殡
赵明福的灵柩将会停放在本身位于甲市郊亚罗牙也斯里格勒麦的老家，并将于下周一（20日）举殡，移往士毛月富贵山庄安葬。
根据明福的一名亲友透露，民主行动党总部将会负责打理死者的一切身后事。甲州行动党众领袖昨晚也在甲市区国会议员沈同钦的率领下，前往丧府给予慰问，而该党全国秘书长郭金福也允诺将给予丧府全力协助。
有1兄2姐1妹 关系十分融洽
明福在家中排行老四，共有一名哥哥、两名姐姐及一名妹妹，大家的关系都十分融洽，过年过节返乡时都睡在同一个房间，感情十分深厚。
明福的大哥明基（33岁）及小妹丽兰（29岁）目前身在雪州办理领尸手续，至于两名姐姐丽君（35岁）及丽婷（32岁）则守在家中打点，并给予伤心欲绝的母亲安慰。
丽婷称赞弟弟为人温和，不会轻易发怒，而且还时常拨电回家关心众人的近况。
她表示，明福本来打算于本周末前往甲市黄老仙师慈忠庙索取婚姻注册表格，并与女友苏淑慧拍摄婚纱照，可是如今一切都无法实现了。
赵妈妈：品学兼优 明福是好孩子
赵妈妈回忆地指出，明福最喜欢吃她亲手烹煮的辣椒鱼，每次返乡都对这道菜赞不绝口，每次都是津津有味地将这道菜吃完。
她说，每逢庆祝双亲生日或父母亲节，明福多么忙碌也会赶回家庆祝，与家人共享天伦之乐。
她表示，明福从小到大都非常懂事，而且品学兼优，根本不必家人担心。

(吉隆坡17日讯)离奇坠楼身亡的斯里肯邦安州议员欧阳捍华政治秘书赵明福的尸体，在今日傍晚6时25分送出巴生中央医院太平间。
赵明福的解剖尸体检验历时了5个小时，由来自马大医院及巴生中央医院法医进行解剖，不过，截止目前为止，媒体尚未能获知任何有关解剖的详情。
而查案官也不愿向媒体透露任何有关解剖的结果。
赵明福的妹妹赵美兰及未婚妻苏淑慧在太平间送赵明福的尸体外出时，也曾一度泣不成声，而赵美兰则为其兄招魂，并一直以福建话叫着：“福，回家了！”，悲戚的声音让在场者皆心酸不已。
赵明福的尸体将先送往新街场的富贵纪念馆整理遗容后，才送返马六甲老家。
富贵集团象征式收费 丧礼须办得体面
富贵集团将一手包办雪州行政议员欧阳捍华政治秘书赵明福的丧礼仪式，预计今日就会在后者家乡马六甲设灵堂举办丧事。
富贵集团总经理欧国辉向本报说，基于情况特殊，因此该集团将会将此丧礼办得更为体面，并以赵氏家人的意愿来办理这场丧礼仪式。
他披露，该集团将会配合赵氏家人的要求将丧礼打点得更为体面，同时也只向其家人征收象征式的收费。
他表示，在这场丧礼仪式中出动多少人数去筹备并不是重点，毕竟这不是一件开心的事，因此最重要的是必须办得体面。
无论如何，他对赵明福坠楼身亡的事件深感惋惜，同时也希望通过协助办理丧事来减轻赵氏家人的负担。
■ 感情堪好的一群朋友经常结伴出外聚餐游玩，没想到在一年里却走了两位挚友-赵明福与洗善毅（穿黑衣者）。
■ 明福与前任同事关系密切，时常都会一同聚餐。
“我记得我们都说你好看了，走好…..”、“明福，一路走好，我们永远记得你的好”、“无论是谁，无论什么事，都不能以这样的方式走掉。”短短一夜之间，一个即将注册结婚的青年就这样走了，对那些曾经与他共事的同行来说，无法接受却被逼要接受，并纷纷在著名网路社交网站facebook对这名挚友寄上最深的思念和悼念….
明 福的一名前任同行兼好友撰写了一则部落格，道尽的都是与明福这几天电话联络的内容，最后一次在电话中回应明福的是“我在上课，迟点call 回你。”，但随后接获的已是明福坠楼身亡的消息，让这名同行悲愤不已。“我选择离开，不想在感染悲伤的气氛，极力的控制自己的情绪。我相信，亲友的不舍会 另往生者走得不好，我要学会接受事实。”
另一名明福的前任同事在一篇题为“用什么来悼念你呢？分享”的部落格文章中追溯与明福相处的点滴。“我们每次闹他、笑他，但他总是一副“那又怎样？”的样子回敬我们。”“我要用眼泪来悼念你吗？我要用悲伤来埋葬你吗？还是用满腹的愤怒、心痛和不舍？有谁知道答案呢…”
除 了在Facebook的个人留言板上对明福献上悼念，一些人更是大力谴责反贪污委员会，不出几分钟就会有新增留言严批反贪污委员会，“反贪委员会，请还原 真相，还赵明福一个公道！”、“鬼话连篇….什么政府独立机构，一堆烂泥扶不上壁！还明福一个公道….”、“愤怒！悲恸！太恐怖了…从来，不 曾，不愿关心政治的人，请至少了解这则事件，你会看到…唉！！！”
本报记者透过Facebook搜寻到明福生前的生活照，从照片发现他是一名有理想、魄力的青年，除了与同行维持良好的关系，也是多项团体的干部和领导人；另外，他的Facebook留言板在短短的一天之内更是增加了很多友人对他的悼念和支持。
根据facebook记录，明福最后一次登入此交友网站所进行的活动就是玩小游戏，并曾于7月8日测试一个塔罗牌游戏，结果是上司对他觉得十分满意，是一个称职的强者。“你就像一瓶好酒，越陈越醇，懂得珍惜你的人算是很有福气了。”
