It has been almost a week after the assault incidents occurred at Penang’s Green Assembly on 26/2/2012. It is imperative for the police to take immediate action in order to preserve law and order otherwise Malaysia may be eroded to become a barbaric nation where the mob can take law into their own hands.

The party responsible for this unfortunate incident must be punished, there shall be no compromise in this matter.Act before it is too late.

吡州行动党州秘书兼太平区国会议员倪可敏今日质问警方为何事发至今巳近一周，可是却没有任何在梹州绿色盛会打人的土权与巫统成员被逮捕归案？他呼吁警方尽早将凶徒绳之以法以维护国家法纪。

也是班台区州议员的倪氏指出，继上周土权与巫统党员企图攻击国会在野党领袖安华的座车后、梹州举行的反稀土绿色盛会又迎来不速之客，为数约50人的土权与巫统党员不但干扰和平集会，这些人行为粗暴，向梹州首长林冠英的车子吐口水、攻击梹州行政议员王国慧的车子、更用暴力殴打<光华日报>的记者周圣栋与李宏俊，种种暴力行为巳令全体国人蒙羞。

倪可敏今日召开纪者会指出，事实上警方可轻易从面子书、出席记者甚至网民拿到肇事者打人闹事的录影片段与证据，警方姗姗来迟的行动将进一步打击警队的威信及在民间的声望。

倪可敏指出，若查实这批打人闹事的肇事者是土权与巫统党员，国阵应该马上开除这些流氓，持续的护短与包庇将让人民愈加愤怒与反感。他说，民主国家政见不同是常态，但若有人动用暴力纠众打人闹事却是法理不容、绝不能轻饶。

他呼吁国阵主席兼首相拿督斯里纳吉能正视这宗记者采访新闻却不幸被打的事件以遏止这股歪风。
