正副首相官邸开销5000万 倪可敏讥挥霍惊人如何以民为本‏

太平区国会议员倪可敏今日呼吁政府向民众交代為何身為一国之首的正副首相官邸并非由国家拥有反而须年付660万租金、或每个月租金高达55万令吉。

 

倪可敏指出，根据首相署部长拿督斯里那兹里在国会的回答显示，从2006年至2010年，正副首相官邸的租金高达3297万2115令吉，装修费是358万1744令吉，甚至电费也高达1026万7868令吉，水费更高达196万7386令吉，总额达到了惊人的4878万9115令吉。

 

倪可敏指出，首相官邸由国家领导人居住，但是令人费解的是，政府并非官邸持有人反而须每个月缴付昂贵租金，挥霍情况惊人。若情况持续30年，单只官邸租金就逾2亿令吉。更令人震惊的是，政府并非官邸持有人但是政府如今却计划再耗6千500万来装修属于私营公司产业的首相官邸。

 

“首相削减津贴、宣佈汽油涨价时要求人民改变生活方式，现在是谁要改变生活方式？”倪氏质问。

 

倪氏今日在丹绒马林回教党主办的<迈向布城>座谈会上致词时如是表示。该座谈会吸引了近千人出席聆听，场面和平热闹。

 

倪可敏指出，根据官方开销，正副首相官邸平均每年的电费达到200万令吉，平均每个月17万令吉，平均每天则是5千令吉。“如果按照每月150元电费计算，正副首相官邸一个月的电费足够普通家庭交100年的电费，这算以民为本吗？”他质问。倪氏表示，如果以正副首相官邸平均的水费进行计算，平均每年的水费是39万令吉，这是近6000人的平均水费！

 

倪可敏指出，与国阵领袖对比，吉兰丹州务大臣拿督斯里聂阿兹向来没有住在官邸，他有权可以每个月领取3000令吉租金津贴，不过他从来没有申领。
