在2010年8月3日，拿督斯里赞比里在霹雳州议会里声明，霹雳州有RM847.5 Million（按账面价值）的储备金或RM928.36 Million(根据目前的市场价值)。

根据2010年9月26日的新海峡时报，霹雳州目前的储备金只有RM600 Millions。为什么不到两个月突然少了RM247.5 Millions?

在2010年8月3日的州议会会议上，拿督斯里赞比里吹嘘由2010年1月至7月，收入增加了RM117.26 million。这笔额外收入去了那里?霹雳州的储备金应该会增加如果有这笔额外收入。

据我所了解，这笔收入来自土地税。我没有机会向州政府确认因为拿督斯里赞比里坚持州议会只开一天。因此州议员没有机会提问许多问题。这笔来自土地税的收 入，说明国阵政府已批准价格远低于市场价值的土地给朋党。收入的增加，不是因为善政，能力，节俭或通过有效的发展方案来创造财富。

新海峡时报还说，州财政总监拿督Jamalludin Al Amini Ahmad表示州财政部建议2011年RM50.0Million的赤字预算。为什么有这么多的额外收入，还继续出现赤字呢？

在民联10个月的管理下，我们增加了RM103 Million收入，约17％。在没有增加任何形式税务下，还提供水、助学金及其他援助给贫困人士。非盈利组织如学校、宗教组织和洗肾中心，要从农业地转换到建筑地，我们也只征收象征式地税和租金。

拿督斯里赞比里及国阵州政府有责任回答以上的问题。

人民要求有透明度和有责任的国阵霹雳州政府。但很多人提醒我，不要从强盗里期望太多。
