倪可敏揭吡国阵呈史上最严重破亿元赤字 人民被迫承担国陣烂賬
It is shocking to know that BN state government will table a RM80 millions supplementary budget in the coming State Assembly sitting beginning next Tuesday. This 80 million whopping budget will make Perak suffer possibly its worst ever deficit budget which is now estimated at RM110 millions this year.
BN passed a RM710 millions state budget in 20 minutes on 28th October last year thus creating the World Record, and now the people will be forced to swallow the debt created by this immoral regime.
It is crucial to note that if such supplementary budget is approved, Perak state government’s deficit will reach approximately 14.2%, which is 3 times worse than the Federal Government’s 5.6% deficit and 4.3 times worst than the 3.3% international benchmark fixed by European Union(3.3%) on Sustainable development.
For his imcompetency, we urge Zamry to resign and dissolve the assembly, if he still have some moral values with him, before more damages been done to our beloved State.

行动党班台区州议员倪可敏今日揭露，正当马华自夸国陣夺权后的丰功伟绩，吡叻州人民将在下周二开始的州议会面对史上最严重破亿元赤字，州内240万百姓正被迫承担州政府挥霍无度的恶果。
也是太平区国会议员的倪氏指出，夺权后的国阵政府将在下周803开始的州议会提呈高达8千万令吉开销的附加預算案，這使到吡州本年度的赤字恶化突破一亿大关，创下史上最严重赤字。倪氏说，正当马华宣传局自夸国陣夺权后的17项“丰功伟绩“，人民却被迫去承受国陣留下的大笔烂账。
倪氏表示，去年10月28日国陣用短短廿分钟通过7亿大元的州财政预算案，创下了世界纪录。当时的赤字巳逾三千万，如今又提呈高达8千万令吉开销的附加預算案，造成赤字突破1亿大关或14.2%, 是中央政府5.6%财政赤字的近三倍，更远超欧盟定下3.3%安全水平的四倍多，对此，赞比里政府欠人民太多解释。
“之前赞比里、哈米达及马汉顺开记者会宣佈2009年吡州投资达116亿，最终查证、事实证明只有8亿9千万, 试问国陣政府的公信力在那里？“他大声质问。
倪氏指出，民联2008年接手州政权时赤字巳逾4千700万元，民联在短短半年把赤字減至2千500万，在政权易手前州政府税收更增多1亿余令吉，可惜当时发生夺权事件，否则民联将有更多时间回馈及造福人民。
倪氏揭露，“国陣在夺权后三番四次在吉隆坡高级酒店召开行政议会、赞比里用公款周遊美国、英国、中国及中东列国；新村永久地契、商用土地公开召标遭取消，试问這就是马华自诩利惠人民的政策吗？”
倪氏今日受邀出席行动党百利新村支部主办的<众志成城、迈向布城>政治座谈会致词时揭发国阵夺权一年后吡州人民即被迫承担史上最高赤字。其他出席的主讲者包括民联前州务大臣尼查、端洛区州议员西华古玛、前金宝国会议员魏添凤、公正党波赖区州议员曾敏凱等。大会也為行动党百利新村支部主席罗一峰庆祝43岁生日，场面温馨热闹。
尼查 : 马华无须自吹自擂 解散州会让人民终审判决
另一方面，民联前州务大臣拿督斯里尼查致词时表示，回教党将効忠民联，巫统无须再自作多情。他直言，巫统再三拉攏回教党合作显示了巫统正处于恐慌状态，他深信只要民联再增多10%马来选票，大马即可实现政党轮替的两线制。
尼查致词时表示，马华只是巫统口中的乘客，无须再自吹自擂，该党把民联倡导的独中以地养校用来邀功徒然让人民贻笑千秋。
他挑战马华说服巫统解散州议会，让吡州人民终审判决，不要再信口雌黄。“马华自夸夺权后為人民创下丰功伟绩，但為何始终不敢解散州会面对人民？“尼查用华语唸出“不要投马华、不要投巫统！“他字正腔圓的华语让全场掌声雷动。
