The inordinate delay in twin MB appeal had again tarnish Judiciary image

联邦法院耗時长达近两个月，迄今对吡叻州双胞大臣案迟迟無法下判已经对司法界声誉与公信力带来新一波巨大冲击，更影响吡叻州270万子民的重大权益。
民联原任行政议员倪可敏律師今日指出，吡叻州原任州务大臣拿督斯里尼查自今年8月针对上诉庭判决上诉、11月5日联邦法院听审完毕至今已近两个月, 可是判决依旧音讯杳然，這对全州子民是非常不公平的。更令人諷刺的是，司法宫曾发出指示, 下令法官须在8星期內完成書面判词，因為“延迟正义等同于否决正义”(Justice delay is Justice denied)是司法界的普遍信仰。
由于国陣夺权，变天后州政府合法性备受置疑；自从变天后流入的外资跌剩不足4亿元, 這与之前民联执政時湧入呲州投资的资金创历史新高，高达31亿5千万有天渊之别。
也是太平区国会议员的倪氏指出, 拿督斯里尼查自上诉庭开始就基于案件影响深远及攸关最高法律—憲法的詮释而申请11司会审，过后減至9司会审, 然而法院在没有给予任何理由下驳回上述合理要求。反观之前的贩毒案, 法院则曾批准9司会审。“难道贩毒案比史無前例的吡叻州双胞大臣案更严重？”倪氏质问。
倪氏强调，正如美国开国总统之一的杰佛遜所言，全世界民主政府合法性的唯一根基只有民意，任何非民选或走后门政府在民众眼中都是不合法的。
倪氏今日出席行动党文冬区州议员A西华服务中心所主办的开放门户活动受邀致词時如是表示。倪可敏也是行动党州秘書。出席上述活动的该党领袖众多，包括原任州议会议长西华古玛、巴占区州议员岑卓能、公正党半港区州议员柯沙文、原任州务大臣拿督斯里尼查助理程光耀等，场面十分热闹。
