DAP Perak membidas usaha BN menggunakan tektik tidak beretika untuk merampas mandat rakyat bagi Pakatan Rakyat menerajui kerajaan negeri Perak. Ini adalah amat jelas sekali, seperti menghilangkan wakil rakyat dengan alasan menghidapi penyakit secara kebetulan, menyerahkan surat menjadi wakil rakyat bebas dengan isu kandungan yang serupa.

Kami berasa hampa tindakan ADUN Jelapang Hee Yit Foong yang tidak memegang prinsip parti dan sanggup menyertai BN demi kepentingan peribadi.

Rakyat Perak digesa untuk bersatu bersama DAP serta ahli PR bagi menentang BN secara dengan pendekatan yang betul dan aman.
