木威區國會議員兼霹靂州高級行政議員拿督倪可漢表示，為了協助州內貧困人民實現“居者有其屋”心願，州政府正探討推行“人民組屋”計劃，由州政府建設住宅出租給貧困人民。 也是民主行動黨霹靂州主席的倪可漢，週日（28日）在愛大華一項頒發開齋節禮物和“青包”給82名貧困家庭、單親媽媽及殘障人士儀式上致詞。 他說：“行動黨是一個社會民主主義政黨，追求的是民主、公平、公正及打造福利國，讓人民都可以享受到繁華的生活，而福利州的目標，正是民聯州政府內的3個同盟政黨共同的目標。” 倪可敏：民聯公平對待各族 霹州行政議員兼班台區州議員倪可敏說，民聯州政府視所有子民，不分種族及宗教，都是霹靂大家庭中的一份子，所以無論是開齋節或華人新年，都是全民共慶的佳節。 “我和倪可漢在陽光計劃下自掏腰包2萬5000令吉，購買糧食和派發援助金給木威及班台選區內貧困的馬來同胞，讓他們可以開心地過節。” 他表示，行動黨議員在308大選後，已積極進入馬來社群服務，並得到了良好回應，讓馬來人民知道行動黨是一個馬來西亞人的政黨，不是華人的政黨。 出席儀式的行動黨領袖包括市議員楊祖強、彭宏鍾、黃渼澐、林宗榮和陳家先，以及游長城。
